The Wait. It’s long {no matter how many days, months or years} and it’s not always easy, but God always has a plan. I am thankful for our wait. It is through those years that my faith grew and He was able to use our story to encourage others too. I wouldn’t change my journey through infertility for anything!
Today I’m guest blogging over at my {new} friend Ashlie’s blog! Can you believe we actually became real-life friends through a loop on Instagram? And she just moved into a house about 7 minutes from mine! Social media can be pretty great. I love how I have been able to build community through social media. Hey, maybe it’s not so bad after all

Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much for sharing. It's so encouraging to hear how you spent your time as you waited. I can't imagine how hard that must've been. But what a beautiful testimony you have! And how fun that your social media friend is now your neighbor! I've made some wonderful friends through Compassion groups and would love for them to be my neighbor 😉
Thank you Hannah! We had a peace that surpassed all understanding that's for sure!
I always love reading your blog and sorry as well, and I pray that mine is an encouragement to you.
What a beautiful post. Thanks for sharing!

Here's my comment:
You worked in a crisis pregnancy center while dealing with infertility?!?! YOU ARE MY NEW FAVORITE PERSON, what strength and bravery you had to endure something like that!! I thought it was bad enough seeing single college girls walking around pregnant while I was dealing with it, but you my friend are seriously amazing.
I'm so glad you have your little miracle now, what joys God gives us!!
Whitney, you are TOO kind! Thank you!! As I said in the post, it wasn't something I ever even thought of at the time. God clearly gave me a supernatural, over-whelming peace throughout that season of my life! The center I worked at was in Georgia too, isn't that where you live?
