Organized Mom + Anchored in God’s Word

Organized Mom + Anchored in God's Word

I am determined to be an organized Mom who stays anchored in God’s Word in 2017. Who is with me? I have been telling myself to memorize more scripture just for ages and I need to get real about it. It is so helpful when you are facing a trial or need to minister to someone and you have memorized scripture to draw from. I also want to be a better meal planner! I just got an Instant Pot and it’s already been a huge game changer! Have you heard of it?! I put a pot roast on the table in 45 minutes tonight. {and the angels sing!!}

One year I tried to stay organized by using my icalendar on my phone and it was the worst idea since flip phones. I’m just a paper and pen planner kind of gal. I have tried the generic spiral-bounds from the office supply store to the “IT” brands and I’ve always found myself needing more.

This is where the Anchored Press Planner makes its grand entrance! I was so excited when I happened to bump into the creator and dreamer behind the planner at a recent business event. Over the years, Deana had turned her day planner into a place to keep her schedule, devotional, prayer journal, meal plan, goals and memory keeping in one tidy place. But all that she added to her planner made it appear is if she wasn’t really organized at all! After a lot of prayer, she began to walk through the doors God had opened for her to create, the Anchored Press Planner!

Y’all, this Planner is everything and more than what you need to keep you organized daily? Besides the section on scripture memory, I would recommend writing the scripture on windows you often look out, like your kitchen window while washing dishes. I also love the idea of having scripture written on the walls of our home. Oh, and my favorite leather journaling Bible is legit! If you don’t have one, there is a section where you can write your thoughts, prayers, praises and even draw beautiful doodles if you’re talented like that. (I am not, but I like to try.)

Just watch this video to see how this planner is unlike any you have used in years past! COME ON 2017!! Oh, and after you watch the video, how about you enter to win one for YOURSELF!

Such a beautiful post. I love that journal. You are going to have an amazing year!

My New Years resolution is to take better care of myself, so in turn I can take better care of my family!

My New Year’s Resolution is to just be intentional more and to MOVE. That’s my word for 2017 – MOVE. By that I mean not only physically move (like change cities and homes), but also move more health wise – gotta get my fitness on more, move past obstacles that hold me back and just move forward in things like my business, etc. Concentrating on moving and not being stuck or stagnant.

This is beautiful!! I really need one!
